Paying your bill
- Billing office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm.
- Water & sewer bills are due in the MUA office by the last working day of the month.
- Interest at 1-1/2% per month will be charged on the unpaid balance as of the first of the following month.
- Mail your payment to: WTMUA, P.O. Box 127, Grenloch, NJ 08032. For your convenience, you may place your payment in the drop box located at the MUA gate entrance.
Late payment procedure
The Authority will notify you with a reminder notice then a shut off notice after your initial bill becomes delinquent. If your water service has been disconnected, a $25 service disconnection fee as well as a $25 service restoration fee will be charged to your account and must be paid in cash or money order along with the delinquent balance in order to have service restored. The MUA does not want to shut off your service, so please pay your bill in a timely manner.
